FAQ

What are the specific travel details?

You will fly into SJO (San Jose International Airport) at your leisure on January 23rd where we will pick you up from the airport and take you to a local hotel that our entire group will be staying at for the night. Together, we will travel to the Synergy Retreat Center in Uvita on the morning of January 30th, where we will complete the duration of our time together. Please book your return flights after 1pm on January 30th.

Who is this experience for? Who is it NOT for?

This is for ambitious entrepreneurial & executive women who know they're capable of more in life, love & business, and are ready to bring their body into the equation to MAKE IT HAPPEN. It's for you if you're done with surface-level support and ready for actual transformation. It's NOT for you if you're looking for a quick business strategy, not willing to get uncomfortable, or expecting someone else to "fix" you. This work requires your full participation.

What makes this retreat different from other retreats?

I work with your nervous system, not just your mindset. With actual training in trauma-resolution modalities such as Somatic Experiencing and DARe attachment re-patterning, we rewire the patterns blocking your capacity for both business success and deep intimacy, on a body level that is actually sustainable and integratable long term.

Do I need prior experience with somatics?

No! Somatic work is less about what you know and more about letting your body lead the way. While we'll be doing deep somatic re-patterning work at the retreat, a foundational value of somatics is working with the slowest part of you and allowing it to catch up -- which means that I'll be meeting you exactly where you are at, and ALL of you is welcome in this space as we navigate the journey together.

What's included?

Everything except your flight & travel insurance: tranquil accommodations, organic meals, massage, daily workshops, excursions, and airport transfers. Tips for the retreat center staff, drivers and extra bodywork sessions are not included.

What about dietary restrictions?

We've got you covered. There will be animal-based protein as well as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free options to suit your preferences. The chef creates incredible organic meals that accommodate your requirements without sacrificing flavor. You will be sent a form after registration where you can fill us in on your dietary needs!
